Fees & payment
Three published fees, totalling CAD 2,835. Nothing is charged before you have an offer, and the two largest fees are only due after your visa is approved.

What you budget separately
- International and domestic flights
- The government visa application fee payable to IRCC
- Travel and medical insurance (required, arrange before you travel)
- Food and personal living expenses
- Personal protective equipment such as safety boots for trades courses
- Local transport beyond the campus shuttle
Paying
How to pay
Payment methods
International bank transfer or card payment. Full banking details and a secure payment link are issued with your invitation letter — we never ask for payment details by phone or in an unsolicited message.
Currency
All fees are charged in Canadian dollars. Your bank may add a transfer or conversion fee — that charge is separate from your CTC fees, and you are responsible for it.
Receipts
We issue a receipt by email within two working days of each payment clearing. Keep these — they are useful supporting evidence for your visa application.
Refunds and deferrals
If your visa is refused, we defer your place at no extra cost or refund your course and accommodation fees in full. The admission fee is non-refundable but carries over to a deferred intake.
